133-Self-Care and Avoiding Burnout

Target Audience:  Beginner

Our presentation will provide insight and practical tools to assist with individuals’ mental health and wellness. Participants will learn to identify the signs of burnout and how to implement strategies to decrease the risk of experiencing burnout in their careers.
